2. Automatically Collected Data

With your consent, we use the following services to show you relevant content and measure the effectiveness of our campaigns:

• Meta-Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) – enables relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. The pixel loads in consent mode and is only activated after your approval.
• Pinterest-Tag (Pinterest Europe Ltd.) – measures the effectiveness of campaigns on Pinterest.

Without your consent, no marketing cookies are set and no personal data is transmitted to these platforms.

7. Email Communication & Customer Service

• Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Germany) – we use Brevo for order and shipping confirmations, and newsletters if you opted in. Your email address is stored on EU servers.
• Crisp (Crisp IM SARL, France) – our live chat where you can ask us questions directly. Chat data is processed on EU servers.

8. Payment Providers

To process payments, we share the necessary data with the payment provider you selected. We do not store any credit card or bank account data ourselves. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance).
