How long does it take to produce my model?

Each model is handcrafted to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, plus shipping depending on the destination (typically 1–5 business days).

Will my model be made exactly like the preview?

Yes. The digital preview is an accurate representation of your model. We manufacture it 1:1 as shown—high quality, with hand-finished details. By placing your order, you confirm that we should produce the model exactly as displayed in the preview. The geodata is saved at the time of purchase to prevent last-minute changes in map data.

What scale are the models?

Our city models are at approx. 1:5,500 scale, and our mountain models at approx. 1:85,000. This provides an optimal level of detail for both buildings and terrain. For the 52 cm frame option (city model) and for all mountain models, you also get a zoom feature—up to 2× for cities and up to 3× for mountains.
