How long does it take to make my model?

Each model is handcrafted to order. Production usually takes 2-5 business days. Shipping takes an additional 1-5 business days depending on the region.

Will my model be made exactly like the preview?

Yes. The digital preview shows an exact representation of your model. We produce it 1:1 in high quality with hand-finished details. By placing your order, you confirm that we will produce the model exactly as shown in the preview. The geodata is saved at the exact time of purchase to rule out short-term changes to the map data.

What scale are the models?

Our city models are at a scale of approx. 1:5,500. Our mountain models are approx. 1:85,000. This ensures buildings and topography are shown with optimal detail. With the 52 cm frame version (city model) and with all mountain models, you also have a zoom function available. Up to 1.5x for cities and up to 3x for mountains.
